A Light Shines in the Darkness

A Light Shines in the Darkness is a touring exhibition in which six artists’ films travel to churches and cathedrals around the country, re-illuminating inspiring public spaces and prompting viewers to see the locations in which the works are sited in a different light.  We're presenting our 2007 work The Carriers' Prayer at St Leonard’s Church, Bridgnorth: 12 November – 29 November 2014.   Later screenings will be staged at The Holy Trinity Church, Blackburn. The project also features the work of Suki Chan, Melanie Manchot, Alexander and Susan Maris, Graham Ellard and Stephen Johnstone, Kathleen Herbert is presented by Film and Video Umbrella in partnership with The Churches Conservation Trust and curator, Paul Bayley.
